My recent trip to Little Rock involved my whole family getting together due to the fact that my little brother graduated from college which I might have mentioned in a previous post. I have without a doubt so much love for my family even though we drove each other nuts at some point (because what’s a family vacay without a bit of drama?).Little Rock is a city that I keep coming back to for obvious reasons and that is to spend time with my family – especially my siblings. However, I seem to have a love-hate relationship with it whenever I stay there for a couple of weeks. Don’t get me wrong, I love shopping, eating and basically just lazing around, but I can’t deny the fact that I wish places there were more accessible on foot. I guess I can’t really complain though because my sister does all the driving and as much as possible she tries to accommodate our/my requests. (If you’re reading this, know that I’m blessed to have you as my sister! And I love you and Miguel sooooo much!)
It’s been fun for the most part. I just tend to take some things for granted at times, especially when they’re right in front of me. But after everything that’s happened, it’s safe to say that I miss my whole family being together, the people I’ve met and yes, I miss Little Rock too – A LOT!
