My Travel Round Up for the Year 2017

This year has been really epic for me due to the fact that I went all out with travelling to both nearby places and the other side of the world with my boyfriend, siblings and my parents.  I’ve never felt happier and broke at the same time because as I’ve mentioned in one of my posts before, travelling takes a toll on my finances, but nothing can replace the wonderful memories I’ve made with the special people in my heart.  Therefore, I’m sharing with you some of my favourite memories below. Petite France, Gapyeong

111Petite France, a quaint little town surrounded by mountains in Gapyeong which we got to visit whilst in Korea.  It took more or less two hours to get there from Seoul and trust me when I say that the ride was nowhere near pleasant, but what we saw was definitely worth it.  The first time I’ve seen this village was when I watched the Korean TV series “You Who Came from the Stars” starring Jun Ji-hyun and Kim Soo-hyun and “Running Man“, a Korean variety show.  I won’t go into detail about the shows, but I thought the place looked really romantic and I believe that’s the reason they call it Little France.    Continue reading “Petite France, Gapyeong”
